I took these photographs for a friend of mine who asked me to do her senior pictures. I'm not exactly sure where we went to take the pictures, but I am glad we went there. The scenery was beautiful, as you will see in my later blogs. The images above this were taken at her house, I spent two days processing the pictures for her and I am happy with the way these turned out.

I love how the grass almost outlines her as if she were in a picture frame. I feel that it gives the images more character. I do not see anything that I would like to change about these photographs.

These images are processed and the only thing I would like to be different is how the bottom image is somewhat blurry on her face. I know Kim will love these pictures and that makes me happt.

I took these images one day on my way home. As you can tell it was raining, I had my phone at first and wanted to take picture of the windshield to put onto my instagram account and then remembered that I had my camera with me. I had to wait for the windshield to get covered with raindrops and then I went to take the photo. I really like how these images turned out and I know that parts of the images are weak, but I feel like these were great for a first time shooting instead of instagraming.

These are more images of Lawrence Cope, I still do not like the background I have for him but it was the best I could do because of car problems. Doing his pictures was a good experience for me, not only because I was shooting photographs that would be fixed on the "clients" liking and for mine, but shooting photographs with darker skin is a little more difficult than shooting images of people with lighter skin. I was truly nervous on how the images would end up turning out. Although I do not like the images and feel like I did a not so great job with these, Lawrence ended up liking the images so I'm okay with that.

These photos are taken of Lawrence Cope outside of my house. He asked me to take his senior pictures for him because he thinks "I'm a really good photographer.". I told him I would do them for him and would do the best that I could, mainly because I didn't want to mess up any of his pictures for him. I had never taken pictures for someone and it be serious... I've always done pictures for people as a group of friends ad they were being silly through almost all of the images. Agreeing to take his pictures for him was not only something I did because I'm his friend or because I really enjoy taking pictures, but because I knew that this would be a challenge and that I had to start somewhere. I ha bigger plans on the surroundings for his photographs, but plans had to be changed due to car troubles.
